IMPROVISING AND BEYOND...
Thursday 26 October (10am-2.30pm) and Friday 27 October (10am-2.30pm),
Hovingham village hall. WORKSHOPS FREE. Places strictly limited.

Mark Lockheart - tenor sax, Pete Wareham - tenor sax, Tom Herbert - double bass, Leafcutter John - electronics, Sebastian Rochford - drums

A Mercury Music Prize nomination in 2005 and gigs on Later with Jools have secured Polar Bear's reputation as one of the most creative acts on the UK music scene. Their raw-boned music mixes jazz with electronic soundscapes and a punk sensibility, underpinned by break-beat and rock rhythms.
