Past Projects

Children (Aged 7 — 11)

Pied Piper works regularly with children aged between 5-11 years, delivering activities for Ryedale's Primary Schools (see Schools page for more details) and through holiday projects in village halls and community spaces throughout Ryedale.

The main programme of activity we currently deliver for this age range explores different world music genres through a series of half term workshops called Musical Villages. These workshops provide Ryedale's children with access to musical instruments and sound worlds that they would normally be unlikely to experience in rural Ryedale.

In addition to our regular programme of activity, we can also provide one-off sessions or longer-term residency projects for out of school clubs, holiday programmes, children's centres and other agencies working with children outside school hours.

For more information about our activities for children, or to explore ways in which we can support your activities please contact us.
